Adult Renewal Passport Form
$32 First Application + Gov Fee

  • Over 16 of age when you applied last time.
  • Within 12 months before and after the expiry date.
  • Your name is the same as my current passport.
  • Passport has not been damaged or lost.
Adult New Passport Form
$32 First Application + Gov Fee

  • First passport after the age of 16.
  • Passport expired for more than 12 months.
  • Name is different from current passport.
Child Passport Form
$32 First Application + Gov Fee

  • Under the age of 16.
  • Child's passport is lost, stolen, damaged or is inaccessible
Adult Lost/Damaged Passport Form
$32 First Application + Gov Fee

If the applicant's passport is lost, stolen, damaged or is inaccessible, you would be under this category.


If your Canadian passport was issued when you were 16 years old or older, your passport is valid for 5 or 10 years. If your Canadian passport was issued when you were 15 years old or younger, your passport is only valid for 5 years.
The government fee for a 5-year adult passport is $120 and a 10-year adult passport is $160. The government fee for a child passport is $57.
Child’s Passports [child was under 16 when issued a passport] are only valid for 5 years. They cannot be renewed. You must apply for a new Child’s Passport until the age of 16. It will be the same process as you followed when you got their previous passport.

* We are not affiliated with the Canadian Government as we charge an additional fee. If your travel date are within 14 - 35 days, you can apply for a passport directly from the Government of Canada. Government fee is not included in our service.

After finishing your application(s), you only need to follow our guides step by step and make your documents ready to mail out.

Print and mail out your application form(s)

If you have a printer, print out your application form and follow our guide to sign all documents. If you do not have a printer, you can go to local store and print those documents out.
